Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of SnP Club, including the website, the Discord server, the position sizer tool and any other materials we make available (together, the Service). By joining or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join.

01Who we are

SnP Club is operated by Chain Connect LLC, of Sharjah Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support@stillnotprofitable.com.

"SnP Club", "SnP" and "Still Not Profitable" are names we use for this community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to S&P Global Inc., Standard & Poor's, the S&P 500 index, or any index provider or financial institution. The similarity in name is a joke, and it is the entire joke.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. By joining, you confirm that you are.

You must also be permitted to use the Service under the laws that apply where you live. If trading-related educational communities are restricted in your country, that is your responsibility to check, not ours.

03What the Service is, and what it is not

SnP Club is an educational and discussion community. It exists so that traders can review their own trades, discuss mistakes, hold each other accountable and learn from shared experience.

To be completely direct about what we do not do:

• We do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial instrument.
• We do not provide signals. Nobody in the Service is telling you what to trade, when to enter, or where to place a stop.
• We do not promise profitability or any particular outcome, return or result. The name of the community should make that difficult to misunderstand.
• We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fund manager or financial institution, and we are not registered as any of those things.
• We do not manage money and will never ask you for access to a trading or brokerage account.

Anything shared by us or by other members is opinion and personal experience. Every trading decision you make is yours alone. Please read our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

04Membership, billing and renewal

Membership is a recurring subscription. Payments and subscription management are handled by Whop, our payment and membership provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

• The membership fee is charged in advance for each billing period, starting on the day you join.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Prices are shown on the website and at checkout, and are stated in US dollars (USD). Taxes may be added depending on where you are.
• If a payment fails, we or Whop may retry it. If it keeps failing, your access may be suspended or ended.

Your access to the Discord server is linked to your active subscription. When the subscription ends, the access ends.

05Founding members and the SnP 500

The first 500 members are "founding members", collectively the SnP 500. Founding membership works as follows:

• Founding members are numbered in the order their first payment completes, from #001 to #500.
• Founding members keep the founding price for as long as their subscription stays continuously active.
• If a founding membership ends for any reason, the number is retired and is not reissued to anyone else.
• If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin as a standard member at the price then in effect. Your previous number does not come back.
• Once 500 founding memberships have been issued, founding membership closes permanently.

The founding role and number are a community status. They carry no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not a security, share or ownership interest of any kind.

06Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time through Whop. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not provide refunds for partial periods or for time you did not use, except where a refund is required by law. If you have a statutory right of withdrawal, for example as a consumer in the EU or UK, that right applies and nothing here removes it. Where digital content and services are supplied immediately and you have agreed to immediate access, that right may be limited.

If something has genuinely gone wrong, such as being charged twice or being unable to access the Service, contact support@stillnotprofitable.com and we will sort it out.

07Price changes

We may change the price of new memberships at any time. For existing members, we will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Founding members keep the founding price as described in section 5, for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.

08Community rules and acceptable use

The community only works if people are honest and decent. You agree that you will not:

• Post trading signals, "copy this trade" calls, or anything presented as a recommendation to another member.
• Promise, guarantee or imply guaranteed returns, or present trading as risk-free.
• Post fabricated, doctored or misleading profit and loss screenshots or performance claims.
• Promote, sell, recruit for or advertise other services, courses, signal groups, referral schemes, prop firms or tokens without our written permission.
• Solicit money from other members, or offer to manage another member's money.
• Harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone. Criticising a trade is welcome. Attacking a person is not.
• Share another member's posts, screenshots, journals or personal information outside the community without their permission.
• Share your login or Discord access with anyone else, or use one membership for several people.
• Scrape, copy, resell or redistribute the community's content, including the library and the position sizer tool.
• Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use the Service to do either.

We moderate at our discretion. We can remove content and remove people.

09Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share your content within the Service so that the community can function.

If we want to use your content outside the community, for example in marketing, on X or in a public write-up, we will ask you first, unless you have already made that content public yourself.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, and do not post personal information about other people.

10Our content and intellectual property

The SnP Club brand, logo, website, written materials, the library of lessons and the position sizer tool belong to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own trading and learning, for as long as you are a member.

You may not copy, republish, resell, sublicense or redistribute our materials, or use them to build a competing product or community.

11The position sizer tool

The position sizer is a calculator. It takes the numbers you give it and returns arithmetic based on them. It does not know your broker, your fees, your account, your instrument, your slippage or your tax position.

Its output is not a recommendation and not advice. You are responsible for checking every number before you place an order. We provide it "as is" and do not warrant that it is free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

12Third party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Whop for payments and membership, Discord for the community itself, X for public posts, and our hosting and font providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we do not control them.

If one of these services goes down, changes its rules or terminates your account, that may affect your access to the Service, and that is outside our control.

13Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your membership, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if your payment fails, if you put other members at risk, or if we are required to by law.

If we end your membership because you broke the rules, you are not entitled to a refund. If we end it for any other reason, such as closing the community, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

You can end your membership at any time by cancelling, as described in section 6.

14Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free, or that any information in it is complete, accurate or current.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you put at risk, and with some instruments you can lose more than you deposit. Past performance, including ours, tells you nothing reliable about future results.

15Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any trading losses you incur. Your trades are your decisions.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or business interruption.
• Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that these limits do not affect.

16Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third party right.

17Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice, by email or in the community, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, cancel.

18Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also be able to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@stillnotprofitable.com so we can try to resolve it directly.

19General

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us.
• If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• Not enforcing a right once does not waive it.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours if the community is sold or restructured, without reducing your rights.
• Nobody other than you and us has rights under these Terms.
